About Niles Biological

Niles Biological was established in 1989.  Ted and Robin have been working in the scientific education supply business since 1984.

When we started this business we felt there were some very strong customer service issues that needed to be addressed and now after talking with many customers over the last 20 years we have been able to discern a “few things”.  Most important is what we believe you want, deserve and will get with Niles Biological, Inc. that is friendly knowledgeable service. 

Our goal is always to help you quickly and efficiently when you call! 

Also important, is a good value!  This means good quality at a good price.  And of course you want your stuff to show up on time and in good condition.  This means it is supposed to be alive – it is!!  Oh yes, if there is ever a supply problem and we aren’t able to ship what you need when you need it, we will call you as soon as this is known.  We understand the importance of your schedule and the value of your time.
